I do NOT open the rolls to put anything inside the tube.  I put a piece of tape across the lid to keep the roll from opening during shipping.  IF you wish for me to place a 'packing peanut' inside the roll, PLEASE ASK in advance.  Some people don't want the integrity of the roll breached by opening it, some prefer the peanut to keep the coins from shifting.

- As in A above,  I get the coins out in the mail as soon as possible.  I can not control poor service from the USPS and this past Christmas was less then stellar service, but I have done this for a few years now and get them out ASAP.  

C - Shipping/tracking info

I use USPS software and print out invoices and shipping labels after payment.  When I print the label you will get an e-mail from USPS with the info at that time.  After they are shipped, I also enter the info into ebay as they require it now.   

There are NO returns on bullion products as the spot price of precious metals is subject to volatility.   If you do not understand what you are bidding on and buying, please do not bid.  Take a step back, go Googling and learn what you are doing before proceeding.

Since its introduction to the public in 1986, and now 27 years later, the US Mint has created the most popular modern day collectible in the American Silver Eagle Program.

The design is based on Adolph A. Weinman's 1916 "Walking Liberty" half dollar, widely considered one of the most beautiful American coins ever minted. The coin is over 1 1/2 inches (40mm) in diameter and contains 1 troy ounce of fine silver (99.9%). It is legal U.S. tender with a one dollar face value - of course the value of the silver content far exceeds the one dollar face value so you'll never see one in circulation.

RETURN POLICY   

98% of the coins I sell are certified and graded by a 3rd party grading company (TPG) - PCGS, NGC, ICG, ANACS, etc.  (the major and most credible ones).  Each grading company ultimately has a guarantee on the coins they grade and slab, which may be different from each other.  Please be aware of the grading company's coins policies are that you are buying.

 

Due to market fluctuations and volatility, there will be absolutely ZERO, 0, NONE returns on any bullion products.  Examples would be platinum, gold, silver or palladium products (bars, rounds, etc.) manufactured by companies such as, JM Johnson Matthey, Engelhard, Apmex, A-Mark, AMark, Golden State Mint. GSM, Credit Suisse, Pamp, Academy, Ohio Precious Metals, OPM, Sunshine,  US Mint bullion eagles

 

Before any returns are accepted, you must contact me via e-mail or phone to discuss the specific issues with the item being returned within three days of receipt of the coin(s). Please take into consideration that "I am not a professional coin grader."  If you disagree with the grade on the holder, you can take that up with the grading service and not me!  Buyers remorse and third party grading issues are not valid reasons for a return and therefore will incur some special return fees.  A broken slab or gross misrepresentation of the item are valid reasons for a return and a full refund will be issued.  However, the original shipping package and USPS proof of damage if applicable must be returned inside another package in order to process your return for a full refund.  No package or no USPS verification of damaged shipping slip, no refund, no exceptions! The buyer will then have the option for an exchange or a full refund.  You have 7 days to return the item, the USPS delivery confirmation date will be used as reference.  Customer satisfaction is my number one goal!  Window shoppers have been costing me a bit of money and time, therefore the changes in my new return policy are for my protection as well as that of the serious buyer.  For those items that do not meet the new return policy criteria, you will receive a refund minus all shipping fees, Ebay fees and a 20% restocking fee.
